I came home and my breakfast/brunch (I woke up late) was my Meta-D drink and some Quinoa with cinnamon, slivered almonds, and all natural maple syrup:
It may not look outstanding, but trust me, it was GOOD and filling.
My second meal was an idea I got from Tenley Molzahn:

For dinner, I had grilled chicken and half an avocado. Yummy!
I didn't follow the diet today like I should have because I woke up late and also haven't gone grocery shopping. I do think that I stuck to it pretty well though.

Omg! I MUST try that pizza! I've been having really bad pizza cravings lately too so this comes at a perfect time. I also have portabella mushrooms in my fridge right now too. So glad I found your blog :)
