1st Day of a New Lifestyle

So my husband is probably the only one who knows that I've done a LOT of talking about getting in shape, a lot of research, and a lot of things that contradicted what I was striving for. I'm hoping that this blog will help keep me accountable to myself and to any potential readers. I bought the Tone It Up diet plan a few *months* ago and was doing great with it for a few weeks. Then little things came up with work and school and I let myself eat a little more fast food and junk food. This obviously kept me from any progress and was discouraging. Why do we allow those things to happen when we're in charge of what we eat and do for exercise? This blog is definitely one of my first steps to a better me. Thanks for reading!! :)
